In São Paulo, Brazil, on March 15 and 17, the Descorchados 2022 guide was presented.

Patricio Tapia journalist, writer specialized in wines, with a diploma in tasting and oenology from the Faculty of Oenology of Bordeaux, France; He is the author of this wine guide which brings together the most important wineries in Argentina, Chile, Brazil and Uruguay, and is currently the most influential South American wine guide in the world.

The events held on this occasion were a masterclass on March 15 at the Sommeliers Association of São Paulo, where each winery presented the award-winning wine in its category.

The second event was held on March 17 at the Villa JK, where all the award-winning wineries were presented to the press, trade and final consumer. More than 400 people attended the event where they tasted wines from more than 40 wineries in the region.

From Uruguay, the participating wineries in the 2022 edition were: Nakkal Project, Deicas Family, Juanicó Establishment, Bouza, Pizzorno, Garzón, Bracco Bosca, Pablo Fallabrino, Cerro del Toro and El Viaje.

Once again, Uruguayan wines stand out in the region and the world.
