Uruguay Wine through the lens of Brazil
URUGUAYAN WINE PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST
The first Uruguayan wine photography contest has arrived, where you can win a trip to Montevideo with a stay and exclusive visits to Uruguayan wineries in 2023.
To participate in the promotion called "Uruguay Wine through the lens of Brazil" the following bases and conditions must be met.
This promotion applies exclusively within the territory of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
- Participants must have uploaded a photo to their Instagram (publication) open/public between 11/21/22 to 12/5/22, showing Uruguayan wine in some way in a space or environment. The caption must be tagged @uruguaywine with the hashtag #UruguayWinePelasLentesDoBrasil. The one that must remain published until at least the end of this promotion. Assigning the rights to the image to Uruguay Wine with nothing to claim for any reason.
-Likewise, they must follow the @uruguay.wine account on Instagram and be over 18 years of age.
-The winner will be chosen in two selection stages. In the first stage, and internally, the Uruguay Wine team (with those who have participated and complied with these terms and conditions), will choose three finalists (for the second stage) taking into account the following criteria and in the judgment of said team: a) That in the photo the Uruguayan wine is presented in a situation/scene of Brazilian life (lunches, dinners, outings with friends), b) The presence of the wine through a glass and/or bottle with a Uruguayan label (this visible that it is a wine from Uruguay) compose a story within the framework of a landscape / city / emblematic place of any city in Brazil., c) The creativity of the photo.
Participants will be able to post as many photos as they wish. In any case, the selected finalist photos will be 1 for each participant.
-In a second stage, the photos of the three finalists selected in the first stage will be uploaded through a publication to the institutional Instagram of Uruguay Wine (@uruguay.wine) on 12/5/2022, and they will be able to like them until 11/ 12/2022. The choice of this second and final stage will be between the number of likes on the photos, the photo with the most likes at 00.00 on 12/12/2022 will be the winner of the contest.
Whoever is selected according to this second stage, will receive as a prize a round-trip air ticket (without warehouse dispatch), originating from the airport of a city in Brazil where the winner is located and destination Carrasco International Airport, Montevideo, in tourist class, on an airline chosen by Uruguay Wine.
The ticket will be issued in the name of the owner of the winning Instagram account (it is non-transferable). You will also receive as a prize a stay for 4 nights and 5 days in a hotel chosen by Uruguay Wine, which includes accommodation in a hotel in the city of Montevideo with breakfast included (other expenses generated by the guest will be borne by the winner). During the days of the stay, visits to Uruguayan wineries are also included to be coordinated with the winner, who will be able to choose which ones they want to visit from a list of wineries provided by Uruguay Wine. The visits to the wineries will be free of charge, it does not include the transfer to them.
The winner will be given 3 options of available dates to make the trip within the year 2023 except for Uruguayan and/or Brazilian holidays and holidays (Carnival, Tourism/Easter Week, Christmas and New Year's Eve).
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration.
In accordance with the provisions, each participant with the acceptance of these Bases consents that her personal data may be used to disseminate and publicize her results, and to process the delivery of the prize.
By way of example, but not limitation, Uruguay Wine and the National Viticulture Institute is not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays, damages or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this promotion or the total or partial prize.
The rights of the contest are exclusive to Uruguay Wine and the National Institute of Viticulture.
